April 2026

Welcome!

Spring has finally arrived in the UK and with longer days and warmer weather comes a sense of renewed energy. There’s something about this time of year that invites fresh thinking and new possibilities.

In that spirit, we’re excited to share some updates that we hope will bring a bit of that springtime optimism to your supply chain operations.

In this issue:

Go-Lives: Learn about two recent successful rollouts – SAP Warehouse Management for an industrial equipment manufacturer and SAP S/4 HANA business transformation for a leading global energy technology company.

New Customers: We’ve also welcomed a major beauty and cosmetics brand and a global snack food manufacturer to our growing client portfolio.

New Solution: SwiftScan – learn more about our new smart RF Scanning tool for SAP EWM.

New SAP Product Announcement: Discover SAP Logistics Management, a solution designed to complement operations of large distribution centres with capabilities to support smaller, local and regional warehouses. This does not replace SAP EWM but is complementing it in scenarios where customers want to quickly go wide instead of deep.

Spotlight – SAP IBP: We’re taking our SAP IBP practice to the next level with a significant investment in both people and expertise. Watch out for our new Use Cases.

As always, our focus remains on delivering technology that works for our customers… solutions that simplify complexity and help their teams achieve so much more. We hope you find this edition informative and useful.

Greenfield SAP S/4HANA for an Additive Manufacturing Specialist

After more than ten months of close collaboration, we’ve successfully gone live with a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation for a specialist in additive manufacturing within the energy technology sector.

This project saw our team work side by side with the client’s manufacturing and supply chain teams, supporting them through every stage of the journey, from master data design and business process improvements through to user acceptance testing, training, cutover, go-live, and now into hypercare.

What made this project particularly rewarding was the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the world of additive manufacturing, a field where innovation is reshaping how components are designed and produced. It’s a reminder that behind every implementation lies a unique industry, each with its own challenges and possibilities.

Of course, technology alone doesn’t deliver success. It’s the people… the shared lunches, the late nights and the collaborative spirit that turn a project into a partnership. We’re proud to have been part of this journey and look forward to continuing to support the team as they realise the full value of their new system.

SAP Warehouse Management for a Global Robotics and Automation Manufacturer

For a subsidiary of a global industrial manufacturer specialising in robotics and automation, we delivered SAP Warehouse Management on S/4HANA Public Cloud, a greenfield implementation designed to support complex, multi-plant supply chain operations.

The challenge: The business needed a validated solution capable of supporting the global supply of industrial robots and robotic automation systems. Key priorities included:

  • Quality control and compliance— achieving end-to-end traceability for all components used in robot assembly
  • Business continuity— executing a ‘big bang’ implementation across seven plants without disruption
  • Data consistency— integrating with multiple legacy systems to ensure real-time processing and accuracy

Over 18 months, the team delivered a solution that included custom item categories and condition types through cloud extensibility, as well as complete track and trace capability using serial number management.

Both projects reflect our commitment to delivering technology that empowers teams, simplifies complexity, and keeps people at the heart of everything we do.

Shaping a Connected Supply Chain for a Global Consumer Products Leader

Our team have recently embarked on a new global engagement with one of the world’s largest consumer products companies to help streamline digital supply chain operations across international markets.

At its heart, this is about bringing business and technology together. Our architecture teams are working with stakeholders to design high-quality, future-ready solutions, whilst our business partners are steering the transformation journey, adapting processes and unlocking new value along the way.

What excites us most is the opportunity to help shape a more connected, agile production planning ecosystem. In a world where supply chains must flex and respond to constant change, it’s not just about implementing technology. It’s about empowering the people who keep these operations running.

Transforming Order-to-Cash for a Global Beauty and Cosmetics Brand

We’ve also begun working with a leading name in the beauty and cosmetics industry, partnering with their teams to modernise and optimise their Order-to-Cash processes.

As the pace of change accelerates, many organisations grapple with complex pricing structures, fragmented billing systems and inconsistent documentation. These challenges can affect revenue accuracy and, crucially, the customer experience. They aren’t just technical hurdles; they’re barriers to building trust and consistency.

Drawing on our SAP SD expertise, we’re delivering an S/4HANA-based solution that integrates seamlessly across the application landscape whilst maintaining a clean, sustainable core. We’re helping to enhance pricing logic, standardise billing and modernise output forms to reduce manual effort, minimise revenue leakage and improve operational efficiency.

But technology is only part of the story. Working closely with both business and IT teams, we’ll translate requirements into scalable, practical solutions while keeping the end user in mind. The result? Faster billing cycles, greater pricing transparency, stronger governance and a more consistent experience for customers.

Ultimately, this is about enabling the customer to build a modern, user-centric Order-to-Cash process that supports sustainable growth and long-term transformation.

Our latest innovation – SwiftScan – is a modern, mobile-first RF scanning solution brings simplicity and speed to SAP EWM environments. Compatible with both Android and iOS devices, SwiftScan works on the smartphones and handheld scanners your teams already know how to use.

Traditional RF screens can be complex and time-consuming. SwiftScan changes that. With an intuitive, scanner-driven experience, it reduces manual effort, minimises errors and helps your warehouse teams work with greater confidence and productivity.

Lightweight and scalable, SwiftScan integrates seamlessly with your existing SAP landscape. It’s not about replacing what works. It’s about making it better for the people doing the work.

We’ve got more coming on this new solution soon, including a demo environment which you can use to better understand how the solution can work for you. If you’d like to join the waitlist please message us and we’ll be in touch.

The logistics technology conversation has always centred on scale. Global orchestration. Enterprise-grade systems. End-to-end visibility across continents.

But what about the regional distribution centre? The local subsidiary? The satellite site handling seasonal demand?

These operations matter. They’re often the final mile, the place where promises are kept or broken. And for too long, they’ve been underserved.

SAP’s newly released Logistics Management solution (SAP LGM) is designed to change that. We’ve written about what it brings to the table and more importantly, what it means for the teams doing the work.

We’re excited to be actively working with SAP to bring SAP LGM to the businesses that can benefit from this type of solution. If that sounds like you, we’d welcome the opportunity to connect and explore what’s possible together.

Below is a list of practical resources you can explore to help you understand the full potential of SAP LGM:

Team Time: The People behind the Magic

At the core of everything we do are the people who make it happen. This month, we took a well-earned break from the day-to-day to enjoy some time together. Bowling, dinner and the kind of conversations that only happen when you step away from the screen. Because behind every project, every solution and every success is a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

Thank you for being part of the journey.... 🍃

As we continue to explore new ways SAP can serve people and processes alike, we’re reminded that none of this happens in isolation. Every insight we share, every solution we implement and every challenge we solve together is made possible by the relationships we’ve built our customers and our partners.

Here’s to building smarter, more connected solutions together. Not just for efficiency’s sake, but for the people at every touchpoint who make it all happen.

Until next time.
